Educational Qualification:
Candidates those who are applying for these posts should have a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject/Discipline or its equivalent with 1st class or high 2nd class from a recognized university or a foreign University (4 semester duration) following a good. B.Sc.(Ag). Hons. Degree/B.Sc.(Hort.) Hons. Degree/B. Tech. in Agriculture Engineering as applicable, Qualifying in the NET Examination.

Age Limit:
Candidates those who are applying for the post of  Associate Professor should not be more than 45 years and for post of  Assistant Professor should not be more than 35 years. However the upper age relaxation will be given by 5 years to SC/ST candidates and by 3 years to the candidates of OBC.

Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply in prescribed format which can be obtained e-from the Office of the Registrar (Recruitment Section) on submission of Rs. 100/-  for General and Rs. 25/- for SC/ST for post of Assistant Professor, Rs. 200/- for posts of Associate Professor (Rs. 50.00 for SC/ST) in cash. To receive application through mail candidate should submit Bank Draft of equivalent amount in favour of ‘BCKV’ drawn at State Bank of India, Kalyani Branch (IFS Code-SBIN0001082) along with a self addressed envelop with postal stamp affixed of Rs. 15/- and application form can be downloaded from the official website link given below and should send along with copies of all relevant certificates/documents to the address.
