ESI has decided to recruit for medical officers (Ayurveda). There are Total 15 vacancies to be filled in various states

Name of the posts : Medical Officers (Ayurveda)

Scale of Pay: 
Pay Band Rs. 15600-39100/- and Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-. In addition to Paythey will also be eligible for DA, NPA,HRAand Transport Allowance as per rules in force from time to time

Age limit :  Not Exceeding 30 years as on 31st January 2014. Relaxation as per Govt. rules

Essential Qualification :

A degree in Ayurveda from a Recognized University/Statutory State Board/Council or equivalents. Enrolment on the Central Register of Indian Medicine or state Register of Indian Medicine. The Candidate will have to pass a qualifying middlle standard test in official language of the state concerned where the vacancies are notified

Application Fee : 

No amount for SC/ST/PH/ Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates & Exserviceman. All Other Categories have to pay Rs. 225/- A demand draft of Rs.225 in favour of "E.S.I. Fund Account No. 1" Drawn on any schedule bank payable at New Delhi has to be submitted alongwith the system generated hard copy of application

Mode of Selection : 

The selection will be made on the basis of Written Examination followed by Interview of Eligible and Successful candidate.

Last date of submission of hard copies of system generated online application (generated up to
31st January, 2014 before 05.00 PM) is 7th February,2014
