Export Inspection Council (EIC) of India has posted employment notification for the recruitment of Assistant Director, Technical Officer, Jr Scientific Assistant, Laboratory Assistant, Office Assistant, Accountant, Stenographer, Laboratory Attendant and Peon/ MTS vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply online and send hard copy of applications on or before 29-04-2014. 1. Assistant Director (Tech): 09 Posts
2. Technical Officer: 04 Posts
3. Junior Scientific Assistant: 02 Posts
4. Laboratory Assistant Gr II: 01 Post
5. Office Assistant: 02 Posts
6. Accountant: 01 Post
7. Stenographer Gr II: 01 Post
8. Laboratory Attendant: 02 Posts
9. Peon/ MTS: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 25 years to 35 years for Posts 1 & 2, 20 years to 30 years for Posts 3, 5 & 6, 18 years to 25 years for Posts 4, 7, 8 & 9 as on 29-04-2014. The upper age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree in Engineering/ Technology or P.G/ Degree in Science for Posts 1, 2 & 3, High School or equivalent with Science subject for Post 4, Degree or equivalent for Posts 5 & 6, High School or equivalent with Shorthand speed 100 wpm and Typing speed of 40 wpm in Hindi or English for Post 7 and Passed in Middle School for Posts 8 & 9.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview.

Application Fee: 
Candidates need to Pay Rs.500/- in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of ‘Export Inspection Council of India’ payable at Delhi. No Fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women/ Ex-servicemen/ EIC/ EIA Departmental candidates.

Eligible candidates may apply online through the websitehttp://www.eicindia.gov.in/. After applying online, take printout of the system generated application form and send it along with DD and self attested copies of educational qualification, experience, caste certificate, PWD certificate etc addressed to the Director, Export Inspection Council of India, 3rd Floor, NDYMCA Cultural Centre Building, 1 Jai Singh Road, New Delhi 110001 on or before 29-04-2014.
