IIG, NAvi Mumbai which is the Indian Institute of Geomagnetism (IIG), Navi Mumbai, an Autonomous Scientific Research Organization under the Department of Science and Technology by the Government of India has recently published a recruitment notification and invited online applications from the eligible candidates for filling up of the 25 vacancies of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) posts for its Ph.D programs in Geomagnetism and allied field pertinent to studies of Solid Earth, Upper Atmosphere and Observatory Data Analysis. for further information regarding this posts, please go towards below given details..Name of Posts : Junior Research Fellows (JRF)
Education Criteria :
Applicants those who wish to apply for these posts should have done Degree of M.Sc/M.Sc (Tech.) in Physics/Atmospheric Physics/Geophysics/Applied Geology with physcis or Chemistry or Mathematics as a Subject in B.Sc and a valid certificate of qualifying NET/GATE/INSPIRE/PET and equivalent. Candidates those who are in final year of Master's degree in 2014 and can apply for these posts.
Age limit :
Applicant's age should not be more than 25 years as on 01/07/2014
Selection Method :
Applicants those who have cleared GATE/NET/INSPIRE certificate valid up to January 2016 in subject code-2 (Earth, Atmosphere, Ocean and Planetary Science) or subject code-5 (Physical Science)/PET will be selected on the Basis of Interview only and Candidates those who have not cleared these exams will be selected on the basis of Written Test and interview.
