Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Ahmedabad has released a recruitment notification and invited applications from the eligible ex-servicemen residing in Gujarat and Union Territory of Diu and Daman candidates for filling the vacancies of Security Guard posts. Category Wise Break Up:

1. UR: 10 Posts

2. OBC: 02 Posts

3. SC: 01 Post

4. ST: 02 posts

Educational Qualification:

Applicants those who wish to apply for these posts should be atleast 10th pass but undergraduate.

Age Limit:

Applicants' age should be in between 18 to 25 years as on 01-04-2014. However the upper age relaxation will be given as per the rules.

Procedure of Selection:

Applicants selection will be made on the basis of written test/ interview.

Eligible and interested candidates who are meeting all the qualification/conditions can send their duly filled in application in prescribed format on A4 size paper typed or hand written in Hindi/ English/ Gujarati along with attested copies of all related certificates/documents in support of age proof, qualification, caste certificates, discharge certificates etc. with one passport size photograph superscribed on top of the envelop "Application for the post of Security Guard" to Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department Recruitment Section, Near Gandhi Bridge, Ahmedabad-380014 or may be deposited in the box kept at the Reception Center of RBI’s Main Office Bldg, Near Gandhi Bridge, Ahmedabad by ordinary post on or before 30-05-2014.
