Allahabad University has announced recruitment in Dec 2011 for various thirteen(13) posts. There are 1 post of each public relation officer, hindi Translator & Hindi Typist. THe last date of that submssion of application was 15.01.2014. We are here to inform our viewers that the Written test of (all the three posts mentioned above) is going to be held on 12th January 2014. THe Syllabus of the Written Test is explained clearly to all the candidates. Syllabus of the Written Exam/Test for Public Relation Officer, Hindi Officer & Hindi Typist.

Public Relation Officer :-

There will be two parts in which the test will be recruited. Part-I will be based on short answer questions, Part-II will consists of multiple choice questions. The questions
will be based from following Subject/Area
1. Vocabulary (Hindi & English)
2. Translation (Hindi to English & English to Hindi )
3. Drafting - Letter writing & note taking
4. Summarizing the content of 2 pages in Hindi & English
5. Current Affairs
6. Interpersonal Relation (A particular type of connection existing between people related to or having dealings with each other)
7. Reasoning (the action of thinking about something in a logical, sensible way)

Hindi Officer :-

The written test will be contain two parts.  Part Ist will have MCQ questions on the following Subjects
1. Vocabulary
2. Current affairs
3. Reasoning
Part II will consists of short answer questions on following areas/subjects
4. Translation (Hindi to English & English to Hindi )
5. Letter Drafting & note making
6. Summarizing passages of two pages in hindi

Hindi Typist : 

The test will be conducted in two sessions. Ist will consist of 100 multiple choice questions. It will have 60 questions related to reasoning and 40 questions related to current affairs. The 2nd Test will be of Typing speed & Accuracy.
